Not so much as bad gas as teething. Grrr.

So Jayden pretty much was inconsolable this morning again at 5am this time. He mused around and rolled around at 4am, but we were able to give him his paci and he rolled over and went back to sleep.

After doing a variety of things, such as burping him, attempting to nurser him (Which he did not want anything to do with), walking with him, rocking him, cuddling him, patting him, changing his diaper, and the list goes on. Nothing consoled him.

It was then I had the bright idea to give him some baby orgel on the gum where the teeth should be popping through. Then I gave him a half dose of infant Tylenol. (I don't like to medicate my son, but at 5am when we've been up half the night trying to figure things out, I was desperate).

The orgel and Tylenol worked. Baby boy went back to sleep and we slept until 10am. Thank goodness because this mama needed some sleep!

He's in a much better mood now, although I think the Tylenol is wearing off, and it's time to give him some more gas drops. He's starting to get a little cranky. I think I will see if he's ready to finally eat/nurse.

I just feel so bad for baby boy. I wish I could do more for him, but I'm afraid this teething business is all for him, and he's just gonna have to experience it.

Well, that's it for now. Time to do some errands, do a little walking some more today to lose some more weight, eat breakfast, feed Jayden, and get some house work done. If I'm lucky perhaps play with my camera, and get some homework done.

Well guys, Talk to you later.
