Wee Man is gonna be 5 months old

Baby boy is going to be 21 weeks old  this Sunday, and that's 5 Months old on the 26th! In 10 days he will be 5 months old! Where has the time gone? I just can't believe that he is almost 5 months old! Baby boy is getting so old, so fast! =(


In brighter news, he was a much happier and better baby for the mama today! I was in a GREAT mood because of it. I got a lot of cleaning done. I actually got all of Jayden's, Scott's and my laundry washed, dried, folded and put away! YAY! I even had time left over!


Bubby bear ate a LOT today! He played a lot today. He was just so cute today.


I had him on his tummy half way through his baby Einstein floor gym, playing. He was laughing, and cooing away, I walked away for like 5ish mins, and when I came back into the room, he had moved himself backwards about 3 feet. As I watched him, he kept pulling his legs under him to crawl, then he'd move himself backwards! lol. SOON, he will be crawling forward!


You put him on the bed, and he can crawl forward! =) I'm excited! I can't wait for him to figure it ALL the way out! He will LOVE crawling, and he will love having the independence and freedom. So I am excited for him.


We gave him a bath, but then noticed, that the rash on his behind, has gotten worse, to the point if you touch it, scrub it wipe it, he will cry. =( So we cleaned it well, and loaded his bottom up on a&d cream. Hopefully it helps. Poor little kiddio.


Anyways, we got to help his God mama and God dada move some stuff to their house from Walmart, then had dinner with them. He enjoyed playing and eating with them. He sits so good in the high chair. He had a lot of fun tonight.


It took little to no effort to get him to sleep tonight, and he's still sleeping and hour and a half later! yay! We just sort of switched a few things on his night time routine, and mixed it up a little to make it flow better. We made sure both mama and dada put him to bed and gave him night night kisses. He rolled over with his paci in his mouth and went right to sleep! MUCH better than hearing him cry for 20 mins. =) 


SO here's to hoping we have another good night!


I really do think his little body is detoxing from the reflux medicine, that we took him off of. He is no longer taking it. We feel he is doing well enough without it. I read the side affects to them, and not worth the lost of sleep, appetite and mood swings. We do not plan to start either one back, now that he's about done with the detox from them.
