Hello guys, sorry for not posting in a few days. Just been busy.
As many of you know, I have my own business up and running. Legit business, license and TIN and all! =) SO that has me VERY busy.
If you'd like to know what's going on check out my "Life's Little Secrets Photography" Blog here on blogger, or on facebook. Type in Life's Little Secrets Photography on either.
Also, in case you haven't seen, I have my mom blog going. It really is all about me being a mom, and how I do this mom business.
Well, Saturday night we had Jayden's God Dad's and one of our good best friends 30th birthday. It was fun. Scott ended up playing bear pong with the gang, and had a blast. Needless to say, I'm breastfeeding still, so I was the DD. It's okay. I will have a big bang bash once I am not longer breastfeeding.
Sunday, we went to church as usual, ate at Applebees for lunch. Jayden was the star of applebees. So many people commented on how well behaved he was, how good he sat in his high chair, how good he ate, how cute he was, etc. They played with him, as he of course flirted with the ladies. =)
We went home, and I had to do some work. So I got busy working. I finished a little early and played with baby boy before starting his night time routine.
I had a mini photo shoot, my first client, they were a couple from our church that recently got engaged on valentines day, Jim and Lisa. they are getting married on New Years Eve.
So Congrats to Jim and Lisa!
I have been slowly working on their photos. Will be sending their photos out for processing on Wednesday.
Today I worked. I love adult interaction. (For those who don't know, I'm still working my other job for now, not sure how long, I'm just waiting for God to move. For now, this is how it is, and how I'm working things.) I LOVE the adult conversation. It's my break from being a mommy twice a week. I Love it.
Got home, played with baby boy, fed, him, ate our selves. Went grocery shopping. Realized we only had enough baby food left for the morning, so I had to go get stuff. Since I'm a little behind on making some home made baby food, I just bought enough baby food to last till Friday, payday. I will somehow find time this week to make some more home made baby food. The problem is, he needs his meats now, since he's on stage two baby food, so I think we will have to continue to buy that stuff.
Other than that, baby boy is doing great on solids. He's allergic to Peaches, I don't know if ya'll remember that. And he doesn't seem to like the prunes all too much. =( I don't blame him, I don't like them either. BUT, trying to expose him to as much food as possible, so we are not stuck with a picky eater.
After getting home, fed baby boy his dinner, gave him his bath, played with him, read to him a bit, and then put him down to sleep. He only cried 6 mins tonight! YAY!
I have since been working. Trying to figure out some cross marketing things with a few different places. I have been processing photos, and getting them ready to be sent to the processing lab. I have been working on maintain blogs/webpages. I have been working on my celebrate recovery group for church, preparing for worship group, and gearing up for our marriage group that starts this friday at our church. On top of that working on Arizona mommies play group activities and such.
I'm telling you the life of a Christian: Wife, Mother, Employee, business owner, friend, and family member is NEVER over. lol.
I know it seems like I have a ton on my plate, but really, I don't. It is very well balanced. I love it. It's easier now to maintain things, and do things, now that Jayden is older. He's learning to play with his toys, by himself. He rolls in both directions when he wants to however he wants to, he's getting this crawling thing down, so he's pretty much on his way to being self sufficient and soothing.
Anyways, I have some work to finish, I did some shopping, and I've got a hubby to snuggle up to here in a bit. I will talk to you guys later! Good night!
